Through Wi-Fi Settings
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
Long-press on your connected network, then tap Modify Network.
Scroll down to Proxy Settings and select Manual.
Enter the proxy IP and port.
Note: Be sure to enter the IP address of the proxy server, not a URL.
Open a browser and visit https://whatismyip.com to check if your IP has changed.
